Refund and Cancellation

  1. Saregama Travels (SRGM) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a car booking with Saregama Travels.
  2. If Saregama Travels refuses a new or renewing car hire membership, registrants will be offered a refund.
  3. Booking cancellations received before 24 Hours of pick up time may be eligible to receive a full refund.
  4. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  5. Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  6. All benefits received by customer must be cancelled/returned to the Saregama Travels.
  7. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or card holder.
  8. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, Reservation ID and transaction number.
  9. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or by check in favor of same bank account number.
  10. These above policies apply to all bookings. Please read all policy information thoroughly.

Promotion or Offer Cancellation

  1. The Saregama Travels reserves the right to cancel any promotion due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the offer or package non-viable.
  2. If Saregama Travels cancels any booking under the promotion offer registrants will be offered a full refund.
  3. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of any offer, Saregama Travels has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer booking to any future date suggested by customer.

Membership or Booking Cancellation

  1. The deadline to issue a refund for your booking cancellation is 30 business days after cancellation.
  2. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose and then no show.
  4. Cancellations will be accepted in writing or on registered Saregama Travels contact number and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.


  1. This online reservation facility (whether the reservation is confirmed or not) does not constitute a contract for the supply of vehicle rental services. A contract will be entered into at the time of rental and will be governed by the laws of the India car rental. In the case Saregama Travels declines to provide rental services, a full refund of the prepaid amount will be made.
  2. Confirmation vouchers showing a specified value will be accepted as a means of payment of the reservation charges online. Other on road charges are as per actual and have to pay by customer directly on the way.


  1. If a prepaid car reservation needs to be amended, the original car rental booking can be cancelled, the original amount refunded by means of a credit to the customer’s credit card. A new voucher will be issued showing a value to reflect the modified reservation. The customer’s credit card will be debited with the new charge.
  2. Administration charges will not apply to amended bookings, unless the amendment significantly changes the original booking.
  3. All requests to amend a booking will be subject to normal availability of the requested vehicle.
  4. Prices may change between the date of the original booking and the amended booking, in that case the later prices will apply
  5. Customers may cancel a prepaid cab rental booking and receive a full refund is advised 24 Hours prior to pick up time.
  6. For cancellations of any cab rental booking with less than 24 hours notice but 12 hours prior of pick up time, a refund of 70% of the voucher value will be made.
  7. Any last moment cancellation of cab rental booking with less than 6 hours prior of pick up time would not be acceptable for any refund.

No Shows

  1. There will be no refund for unused car rental days on a prepaid voucher, once the rental has started.
  2. There will be no refund if the customer fails to show for a rental that has not been cancelled prior to the start date.


If a rental needs to be extended once the car has been picked up, local cab rental rates and policies will apply for the additional days and the additional charges will be settled.
